Christmas Pudding

Our Christmas puddings are made using our family recipe, genuinely handed down through generations, my mother would not be happy if the recipe was shared, although she's more than happy for us to share the delicious end result.  Delicious hot or cold with a lovely dollop of cream  and or brandy butter. The easiest way to reheat your pudding is to remove the cloth, slice and heat in the microwave for approx. 60 seconds.
